Human beings are (partly) distinguished from their animal brethren because of their capacity for higher-order communication. We’re capable of conveying emotions and urgency – using tone, intonation, and context. I’m not sure what this video implies about the state of evolution in the Tarves family, but we’ll let the viewer draw his own conclusions.
